Growth Charts

For patients age 0-36 months, myhealthrecord.com displays a Growth Chart for Head Circumference, Length by Age, Weight by Age, and Weight for Length. For patients age 2-20, the portal displays a Body Mass Index (BMI) Growth Chart.

Each Growth Chart (BMI, Head Circumference, Length by Age, Weight by Age, and Weight for Length) displays percentile curves that show where your infant/child compares to other infants/children in the same time frame (e.g., 0-36 months). For example, if your daughter's weight (29 pounds) and age (24.19 months) places her in the 75th percentile, it means that 25% of girls of the same age weigh more and 75% weigh less.

To view data on the chart, simply select a point on the chart to display the data for the y- and x-axis (e.g., Weight and Age). By selecting multiple plot points on the chart, you can compare body measurements (e.g., weight) over the documented period of time.

The percentile curves differ according to a patient's sex (male or female).

How to Get Here

To view Growth Charts for a patient select the Growth Charts tab on the left navigation panel after you log in. Or, select My Health and then Growth Charts.

Viewing Growth Charts

For patients that do not fall within this age range, BMI can be viewed under the Vitals section in the Summary tab.
