My Account Settings

In the My Account Settings page you can update your password and set or edit your security questions.

Update Your Password

To update/change your password:

1. Log in to MyHealthRecord.com.
2. In the right hand corner of the page, select Welcome, {your name}.
3. Select My Account Settings.

4. On the next page, select Edit next to Password.

5. Enter your current password and then enter a new password and confirm it. Select Save when finished.

Be sure to pay attention to the password requirements when creating a new password.

Changing Security Questions

To change/update the security questions that are used to verify your account when you forget your password:

1. Log in to MyHealthRecord.com.
2. In the right hand corner of the page, select Welcome, {your name}.
3. Select My Account Settings.
4. On the next page select Edit next to Security Questions.

5. Select a question from the Security Question #1 drop-down and provide an answer. Do the same with Security Question #2. Enter your password.

6. Select Save when finished.

After updating/changing your password or security questions, you can return to the My Health section by selecting Welcome, {your name} and then selecting the name of your provider (e.g., Madison Urgent Care) or your name under USE THE PORTAL AS.
